Hey guys, I have a little problem here. There's something in my dryer vent tube and I'm a bit hesitate to pull the hose off. I'm thinking it's a bird for the fact the outlet outside the house is about 15 ft in the air, but then again... unsure.gif

What ever it is, he's wanting out and making quite a fuss in there. Any idea's? My kid's don't want me to pull the hose either.. laugh.gif

laugh.gif My thinking was a rat too but the outlet is awful high for a one and we we have vinyl siding. My fear is, it's a bat. And I hate those things. unsure.gif

I suggest you await for a gigant spider to go up there and take care of the bat, then open it wink.gif

"Think of a guitar solo as a paragraph. You need a clear beginning, a middle, and an end. Look at musical phrases like sentences, and make sure you break them up using punctuation—or space. You pause naturally when conversing, right? If you don't, you'll bore the listener. The same thing will happen with your audience if your solo is one dimensional. You'll wear them out and lose their attention." —Tom Principato

If it hadn't got feathers, I would've thought it was a bat unsure.gif

Yea, looks like a bat.

I got one of those guard cages for my vent leading to the kitchen stove. They used to make a nest right in the side of my house and soak up the fine aromas coming from my cooking smile.gif

As for the cage guard. Works perfect, haven't had a problem since *thumbs up*

Seems the problem persists. After removing the bird, which seemed to be dead for a while, I'm still hearing a critter in there. Now I'm thinking it's a rat that was feeding on the bird and was coming for breakfast this morning. laugh.gif

But how in the heck would a rat get in that tube? The opening outside the house is 15ft in the air.. unsure.gif
