I don't know how many people knows him, but everybody should..
I think he is that guy who will be a legend in the next century, cause he's writing a musical history right now, but because of his not too good support and advertise, or I don't know why, he is not too known these days. He plays a very unique music, with a very unique guitar playing. I really love his records, dvds, and everything that he made. Aside from Satriani he is the man who developed some new guitar techniques. His music is a great mix of different styles, jazz, metal, fusion, latin, etc. and different techniques, chicken picking, extreme tapping runs, it's just amazing! Holdsworth is too much for me, but Martone's music is very cool. Because of that You dont really know whats happen in there, its hard for common people to appreciate this kind of music = it wont be any success.... Only nerds like You and me will listen... He is a monster! His technique is so extreme and it even plays music. I didn't know him so I will check more of his music (and maybe if there is any clinic too!). Thanks for sharing.
