Eat Tofu with miso soup. Japanese always eat it in this way. It is easy , simple and very delicious!!

Yesterday, I said that I tried frying tofu and having it with 2 fried eggs and some ham. I ended up leaving loads of tofu on a plate all day until I could decide what to do with it. In the evening I heated up some chicken flavour ready noodles and broke the tofu up into small pieces and left it in the bowl. Poured the noodles onto it and added a dollop of soft, spreadable cheese into the mix. It kind of worked.. it disguised the taste of the tofu enough and I didn't have to waste it.

I'd try stuffing it with cheese and then wrapping it in bacon
