ive been looking around the site and have seen percussive lessons that use the guitar as a drum, but i was wondering if there were any lessons that taught how to play in a pervussive style while fingerpicking, like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YpvHyo5UQ-0

there is a lesson from Ramiro in the style of Andy McKee, that's about what you mean I think.

This lesson doesn't have the tag "percussive guitar", but I think it should have that, because it's in that style. For example, you didn't find it when searching, right?
