Hello, I ame new at gmc and I was wundering what to learn first ? I heard it's better to learn first the chords and than all the rest, such as riff's... ore is it not a problem to mix different stuff .. Grtzzz Hey steve, Ill try and help you out here. Firstly what you said about chords is right to some extent, but i dont really agree on that. GMC has a well deigned begineer kick off course. This will get you prepared for the more advanced lessons in no time (i think within a month or so). Beginner kick off lessons and practice schedule: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/beginner-...eo-lessons1.htm Remeber to do them in the order stated on the side. After you have finished those lessons (or atleast a few) check out the 1-0-1 lessons: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/101-video-lessons-3.htm Id suggest in my opinion you should complete the speed picking lessons, then the pentatonic box lessons and finally two handed tapping. After that you have everything you need to work on any lesson of GMC. It WILL be hard for a while to play things right, but you will get over it very soon (they dont say practice makes perfect for nothing ). You just explore any style you want and follow this schedule (it really helps): https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/where-to-start.htm Good Luck... -------------------- _____________________________________________________

He missed that it was directed to an instructor, easy to do. In this case, I expect Kris is happy that he gave that reply. Aside, just go ahead and ask questions in main forum. You will get a load of good replies in a matter of minutes. Kris might be busy or away, and might not answer for awhile. +1 Check out forum for sure -------------------- Youtube
