> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Very nicely played, definitely a vibe in it. Chordal play was very good, no problems there I think. The lead bits were a bit insecure. You have to be careful when playing lead with your fingers, cause tone from the fingers varies more. Notes should achieve correct tonal balance and dynamics, and tempo should be a bit more tighter. Just some things to think about, it's all matter of polishing no big mistakes anywhere.

PS poll please

Chords are perfect ,but lead guitar timing is bad . Try to pay more attention to that segment !

Nice take! The guys have broken it down so I"ll not repeat what's been said. But I did want to mention that this is a great choice of song and and congratulate you on learning it and having the stones to share. You are playing it on an electric, I"m guessing, because that's the guitar you've got on hand. As you know, it's played on a Classical / Nylon string guitar on the production version. I'm not sure if you can get your hands on a classical guitar, but if you can, even if just during a visit to a guitar shop, play this again and notice how different it feels.

Keep it up! This songs is mere inches from being yours!

Todd
