GMC Forum _ PRACTICE ROOM _ Sunday Vid Chat Cancelled :(

Today's vid chat Sunday session is cancelled. I got a call late last night that my father is in hype hospital with heart issues and they are keeping him today as we'll. I'm going to be with him. Hoping for a positive outcome. Very sorry to cancel and for short notice.
I'll try to login to chat from my mobile to make sure people know.
All prayers for my pop are welcomed

They released my father from the hospital finally and he is at home recovering. Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers

Great news Todd! I was starting to worry a bit after not hearing from you for a couple days. Very happy for you and your family. I am starting to see that the Simpsons are a tough lot!

Sadly I found out today that my ankle is broken!!! Our fellow GMCer GITARRERO (Christian) came by Atlanta on tour and we went to the shooting range and shot some guns and I managed to take a spill when my bad knee went out on me walking to the car and evidently broke my ankle. I even drove them to their hotel and then drove home in my stick shift car and then walked around on it for four days before going to the doctor.

IT's a clean break all the way through the large bone on the side near the bump in the ankle. Gotta say it's been painful but I was hoping it was just a bad sprain. NOPE!! Now I gotta wear an immobilization brace for 6 weeks and use crutches!!

The good news we had a great time at the SHOOTING RANGE!!!

Ouch! Sorry to hear about the ankle.

It looks like you had fun at the range. All handguns or any long guns?

See you Saturday (or whenever you are up to it, take it easy on that ankle).

Good eye fran!!! And it gets worse guys!!! Today my brother had a HEAD ON COLLISION. Thankfully, he is OK!!!! We both drive VW PASSATs so German Engineering saved the day!!!
