Just saw it this morning. IMAX 3D.

Contact: With Jodie Foster, now has a companion with BEST movie I have ever seen.

Even the credits at the end of the movie were fun to watch.

My wife is a long time Trekkie, I guess that makes me one by proxie, and as much as I thoroughly enjoyed the last Star Trek movie, this one blew me away.

If you're considering if you want to go see it, I highly suggest it. It is the funnest, most intense, action-packed, feel good, funny, awesome FX movies ever.

I never realized how freaking huge the Enterprise was.

I was going to see this in the theater soon! I really liked the first one a lot. I've heard this is just as good. I'm not a trekkie but I do like a good sci-fi flick. smile.gif

I must confess that I have never watched Star Track but I think I'll see this movie for sure! Everyone seems to have great comments about it. Thanks for the recommendation smile.gif

I have seen it the day it came out in Germany (May 9th) and loved it!
I really like the new, young crew and Cumberbath is a great villain. A few nice references for us Trekkies were made as well in that movie, which made it even more fun.
The Klingons were looking really cool as well, I hope they appear in the next movies as well.

It was absolutely great! I don't normally enjoy movies but this and the previous Star Trek were awesome. Cumberbatch was also great (as usual), but isn't Khan supposed to be an Indian guy?

Technically Yes...but Ricardo Montalban (who played him in the past), wasn't an indian guy either...
I read that Roddenberry chose the name cause a friend of him had the same name biggrin.gif

Hahaha - thanx man. We saw it again yesterday and I took my son since he is home from school for the summer. It was my second time, but my wife's 3rd time in a week.

This looks like a good flick...never saw a Star Trek movie in full before, but this looks promising :-)
