Redirection To U.s Server?

Posts: 5.526 Joined: 21-December 06 From: illinois	Hello Guitarmasterfriends I have noticed recently I am being constantly redirected to the U.S server (www alias) rather than the european server (www2) while i am on the forum. Browser always checks the regional settings and try to redirect you to the "virtually nearest" node. For example if I set my regional settings to U.S. then GMC won't redirect me to www2 . First of all when you go to http://www.guitarmasterclass.net then press video lessons link you are redirected to www2.guitarmasterclass.net but if you press Forum link the alias stays as www2 tho you are redirected to single forum server which is located in U.S. right after you click on any subforum or thread the alias changes as www. One in the US (www) and one in Europe (www2) * When a user from europe enters the US (www) server, he gets automatically redirected to www2 * When a user from outside of europe enters the European (www2) server, he gets automatically redirected to www * The exception to this is the forum, which for technical reasons can only be hosted on one server. This is the US (www) one. The first page of the forum is an exception to this, that page can always be loaded from either server.
