Congrats Besip - enjoy it smile.gif .

Should be ok to leave the battery in but pull out the jack leads - they may drain the battery if left in. Years ago batteries could leak and corrode contacts but over the last few years battery design and manufacture has improved so nowadays they shouldn't leak.

I'd unplug the adaptor overnight. It's probably ok to leave in but adaptors can overheat so best to unplug it.

Cheers,
Tony

Besip - there is a little trick i never mentioned before.....DON'T PLUG THE CABLE into the (AMP) out on the pedal. Use the (MIXER) out to connect pedal to the amp. That way you get the real sound of the pedal.

Yes, until Pavel mentioned that to me, i never thought of it, the sound really changes depending on where you put the cable wink.gif

You should get a power supply as Digitech pedals suck the batteries TOO FAST! smile.gif

Yeah 9V adapter is just fine!

Not all pedals suck the batteries that fast, batteries in Boss pedals are pretty long-lasting. A friend of mine owns a Boss MT-2 and he always uses batteries because they last pretty long. Oh, maybe it's because he never plays? biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
