Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi GMC,

sorry it's been a while, but these things have been quite challenging for me and I haven't had lots of time with the guitar lately.

Here goes.

Original lesson: Muris Varajic: Beginner solo in D
Equipment used: Ltd Mh-400 guitar, Cube 60 amplifier and a Canon pocket camera.

Thanks for watching and grading! smile.gif Merry Christmas,

Kristian

Great take!

Sounds good!

The timing in the tapping part is a little rushed.

very nice take, and so close to perfect, only thing I see is about confidence. don´t be afraid to pick hard your strings, you´ll get a more deep sound and more defined. your skill level is good enough to start to pay attention on this details.

well done man, keep on practising.

I agree to all above said plus I would advise you to work on your vibrato. You have it nearly there but it is very inconsistent and kinda nervous. Make it even and it will be much better.
