I realize hat parts are really sloppy (mostly the sweeps), but I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts oher than "clean up here and there" ?

Also, thanks in advance for watching guys.

Hey mate, nice take.

Other than the part you mentioned I hear a lot of string noise from time to time, try to mute the strings not played with the palm of your hand and maybe a finger which isn´t used for the note or chord you play. Though I think you know how to do it biggrin.gif
Imho the choice of not does not fit the backing track realy well and the track is 4 minutes long which causes too many repetitions and you seem to play the same kind of "melody" over and over. Try to focus more on the beat so that your timing gets more precise and at the end your slides are messed up from time to time. Sometimes you slide to far sometimes you slide to short and that causes another tone than you want it to be smile.gif

Anyway, just trying to give you constructive criticism, don´t be angry with me smile.gif There were some parts ( the bit faster ones ) I liked.

Cheers smile.gif

Hey, man, thanks for the feedback! I actually feel the same as you do about the vast majority of the video. I'm still working on getting slides consistent. That's definitely where I fall off key most often.

And yeah, I was really slopping up sweeps, string noise and all that, and a few pull offs that I didn't intend, as well.

Once again, thanks for watching, and thanks for the feedback! smile.gif
