...well, not the whole song. And they did make it better. So how much do you think I should sue for? One million dollars?

When I was a kid back in the 70's I made a drum kit from tin cans, moms pots of various size and a large cookie jar.
Metallica had the nerve to rip that sound and concept straight off and use it for St Anger
