I'm not sure how I feel about that, I guess it's handy and saves time, but I can picture way too many things going wrong with it...

Not to mention, I guess I'm a bit of a traditionalist in the way that I think everyone should know how to tune... just imagine, years from now, if some kid can play some killer solo, but have to idea how to tune a guitar! ohmy.gif

I wouldn't get it because I'd rather have the extra $500 (I'm not sure how much more it really is) in my pocket and use a $15 tuner. Also if Gibson doesn't give a lifetime warranty on the tuning aspect of it that is poor and I wouldn't get it because it is more crap to go wrong that I would have to pay for.

I think its more of a marketing thing with Gibson, like there trying to show the world there industry leaders etc.

Theres an awful lot of hype about this, personally I thought the tuning changer on the VG stratocaster was much more interesting. laugh.gif
