Attachments In Pm's

I know that instructors can add attachments to PM's as I have received them. It may be that this functionality is only available to instructors or maybe I have to enable a setting on my end in order to access the attachment GUI. Either way I am stumped.. You get the picture. You'll either have to create a post and upload in the forums, or if it is a really big file Trond turned me on to a cool site call You Send It (google it), but you'll need to send the file to someones email.
