i have quite a range of picks, but i only really use XL jazz IIIs, and for chording i use the gravepicker.

I got a hold on a couple "Sharkfin" Landström design at the local music store, very good pick for a beginner like me.. rolleyes.gif

I got the feel of hitting the strings much better and the tip is quiet small, which makes finding the strings alot easier.

Thumbs up for that one, at least I recommend it for the beginners worked superb for me.
