I have been exhausted these last couple of week and I think its finally catching up with me. Sleeping only a few hours a night has impacted my exercise time at night and have becoming a bit unmotivated. I forgot what it was like to have a kid.

I will keep at it.

Man I'm tired.

Maybe switching to mornings would be better?

Do you and mom trade off morning duty or anything like that? When you are helping your daughter in the morning you could be in the kitchen doing some exercises.

Put your guitar on a stand in the living room. When she's having breakfast you can grab it and do some runs.

Same with bath time. Get em washed, then watch them play while you sit and noodle on the axe.

As I get older I find I am more productive in the mornings than at night. Its not a total fix but you'll get another 45-60 minutes in each week doing that I bet.

Well right now I do nothing in the morning cause Mom is home for 10 weeks on maternity leave. She is taking up my slack cause I stil have to go to work.

I feel guilty If im not playing with Maci and I am on the couch watching her.

By the time I get downstairs its about 9:30 and I'm already whipped.

I also want to start working out again. Maybe I get to bed real early and do everything in the mornings...

That's what I do Dan. Pop awake about 3am, slam a "wake-up" drink, aka...Monster Drink...Head down at about 3:30 and play until about 6:30. Works good for me, and it is uninterrupted...and more importantly...totally guilt free. tongue.gif

Having a newborn can definitely throw a monkey wrench in your "routine". smile.gif

I'm talking about the times where she's occupied with something else. Bath time. Eating. Etc. Not playtime with daddy. Ya gotta have that!
