Thanks Nick and Audiopaal, good to know that I'm not alone biggrin.gif One great early 70's song is All the young dudes with Mott The Hoople, you should really look it up, hearing it right now smile.gif I started out playing some Beatles songs, so simple, yet so genius wink.gif I also think that Jimi Hendrix (Great songs: All along the watchtower, Purple Haze, Hey Joe, Voodoo child and many more) might just be the greatest guitarist ever, but i know thats a very touchy subject tongue.gif

Jimi is my favorite guitarist on of all time, however his work in the 70's with the Band of Gypsys is my favorite...
Clapton, Buddy Guy, and Albert King's 60's material is some of the best in my library =)

The Rolling Stones, The Doors, The Who, Jimi, Janis Joplin, Clapton, Neil Young, and the list goes on and on. I love the 60's. Some of the best music ever made really.

I really dont' care for the music of this era, excepting Johnny Cash. The best thing to come out of the 60's was Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath.

Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Cream, just some that come to my mind just now. It's not my absolute favourite music but it's an era that for sure RULES!
