What To Do?, No Guitar for a month!!!!!!

Totally bummed out, hurt my shoulder over the weekend playing hockey and doc told me complete rest for 3-4 weeks. Arm in a sling and can't do a thing. Now it's my strumming arm (right) so wondering if any exercises I can do with left hand and no guitar? Very sad...guitars in corner looking so lonely.... plus got new pedals on Saturday haven't even had a chance to use. Also typing with one hand very slow.... Anothe good thing would be to review all the scales and chords mentally. Even without the guitar you can practice your mental memory of everything you know so far... I've actually been reviewing chords and scales mentally...sorta feel like Phoebe on friends when she was trying to teach Joey how to play guitar and wouldn't let him touch it until he learned the "Old Lady" (G I think it was) and "the claw" (which I believe was C but I could be wrong haven't seen the show in a while) I'll definatley check out the theory classes. He didn't have one but spent months just visualizing mentally the banjo and mentally practicing scales over the instrument. When he finally got the banjo, he knew how to play it... The shoulder is a bit worse than first thought and may require surgery but my doc is hoping it doesn't come to that. Start physio today so hopfully that will solve problem. Guitars are now put in their cases with humidifiers until I can play again. Very sad But thanks for the advice guys....even the harmonica. I havn't look at anything in regards to the theory yet as have been in my own little demeral world but plan on starting later today after physio.
