"Attitude attitude, attitude. This can get you thru the most extreme difficulties in your playing. If there is a particularly difficult section of a song that is at the extreme edge of your ability, don't think to hard about it. I have found more times then not i can cover up any small mistakes i might make just by playing with attitude, rather then trying very hard to cover up my imperfection. Trust me, if you have attitude the audience probably won't even notice."

Playing with attitude "for" the music is something that all good guitarist have. Each one has it's on personal attitude for the instrument and music imo, so the bigger the attitude, and feel for the music, the audience will definitely recognize that.

Very true - I'd like to extend it further and say that attitude is the key to success in any art!
