Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Mert! Great take man! biggrin.gif I will grade 9 though, because your bends and vibrato are a bit rigid in comparison to your picking technique. The timing is good, so just try and get more into the flow with those bends. I think we can focus on this a bit more in your mentoring thread smile.gif

cheers!!

Cosmin

Hi Mert, great effort on this one. I think you handle the technical elements of this lesson very well and because you're concentrating so hard on getting them right, the vibrato is suffering a little bit. As Cosmin noted, you're still a little bit rigid on this and it doesn't flow quite as well as it can do. It's still a great take though.. the mote comfortable you get with a piece, the more you can devote to the 'feeling' side of things. It's all just time and practise smile.gif

Awesome playing man! This is a very tricky lesson and as Ben said you mastered the most difficult sections very well! Bot hands looks very comfortable with those fast Pentatonic passages. I also agree that you should concentrate now on vibrato and train your bending to do it more comfortable. It's a 9 for me. Well done! smile.gif

I like this take a lot! Very good playing!
I agree with other instructors about the flow and vibrato! I think if you will spend a little bit more time on this one it will be perfect!
