I played not too much ago with a band that the guitarist had that Peavey Valveking, going through a Line 6 X3. And man, it sounded wild!! Maybe you should try it

- Bugera 6260 - LANEY GH50L We've decided to stay away from Bugera Thomann don't even carry them any longer due to, as they claim themselves, too many warranty issues. They also drasticly increased the price, with more than 30% so I don't even concider a Bugera a price bargain, cheap to compencate for the things it lack. If I remember well Zakk tested one and a button came off. Sensible Jones tested one and wasn't happy with the sound, good enough but too wek where it counts. You can't measure good sound in amount of distortion appearantly, which I belive the ones he tested had plenty With the Laney you'll get the same issue as with the Marshall. You'd need more for the metal sounds. But it's heavy crunch heaven. Thanks Sollesnes .. oh didn´t know bout that :S so if I´m in a gig or somthing like that i can´t change from clean to dirty and dirty to clean (without using distortion pedals ) ??? You have switcable gain, footswitchable. And you should learn how to adjust your sound with the volume knob of the guitar, not jumping up and down on a foot switch changing between channels when you want to go from clean to distorted. It's not ideal. If you work with the volume knob you'll notice how your sound will fit through the entire song. And you always have the Tony Iommi GH model head if you want more gain. -------------------- My bands homepage
