I have a 2003 Harley and ride alot in the summer... I was wondering if anyone else rides and what kinda bike you have if you do?

I have a 2003 Harley Softail standard that ive customized..

I used to ride, sold mine 4-5 years ago, and I wouldn't fit in your Harley posse since I rode a japanese MC

Used to have a Yamaha FJ-1100, fantastic bike! It was an -84 model and for me it was perfect for touring but released as a sports bike though one could sit in a quite upright position.

This isn't mine but this is the exact model I used to have. Probably have some pic of me on it, well post if I find it.

I don't currently.. but im really tossing the idea of going out and getting a sport bike instead of a car.. safety is my concern but also looking wicked cool is in the equation

I have pm rims and phat tire kit on it.... Big 240 back tire, jesse james front fender, mad chrome to clean, i also extended the front to give it more of a chopper look... Ive won a few bike shows with it in the Harley division... got about 30 thousand in it...

Yupp ... its me in the Avatar picture. Just sold the bike though - a Honda Custom - but will get a new this summer.

I used to but i kept falling of them / crashing So I decided I should get a car. I still think there awsome fun though and often very beautiful to look at

Yupp, I am. The Harleys are unfortunately ower-prised here in Norway. But I'm okay with the Honda Shadow 1100 versions

Sweet, a bagger... I always like riding with people who have bags on their bike... I have to ride with a backpack if i want to buy anything... I also have alot of cheap jackets when it gets cold out and i went out riding without a jacket, so i end up getting a cheap one somewhere... with bags youre always prepared...

Yeah, i ride with some people sometimes who ride R-1's.... my buddy does mad wheelies and tricks on it... Ive gotten too old to do that stuff now, i used to do tricks til i got in a accident and messed up my acl/mcl in my knee... now i just ride.. plus i have a 6 year old to think about.

I do or will try again this summer. Last year I bought myself a classic bike a Honda CB 1000 Custom. It's a great bike as Honda only made a few thousand of them (the fools) it is completely original even with the 4 into 4 exhaust. Only 12,000 miles on it all by the original owner who I bought it off. The thing was garaged the entire time it to so no rust and very little wear on it. I couldn't afford the harley I want (a fatboy) so I got this instead and I'm happy I did. I bought it late in the summer so only got to ride it a few times.

No idea how much I'll be able to ride it because I have the bad back, but the position you sit in is slightly forward and hunched over just a tiny bit, perfect for someone with a bad back. I'm hoping to ride it a lot but so far my back has held me back on everything I've attempted since I hurt it, so I'll just have to wait and see.

Well if you get one, ride to Ocean City bike week this year.... I usually go every year... I see you live in Rhode Island, shouldnt be that long of a ride..

I have an '85 Virago 700. I have a pic tomarrow when I get home. My dad has an '02 1100 Silverado. (We're Yamaha people ) My dream bike is a Raider S, I've sat on one but I have never ridden one.

Ducati S4R + Suzuki GSX-R 1000.

Also been through a Honda Shadow 800 (miss that one), an R1 and a Ninja ZXR6 as well as a 1985 Yamaha XJ 700. All of them great

And miss both right now, since it's still too cold, and they'll probably be in the basement until March or April

arr cool bikes guys! I`m jealous!

I keep playing around with the idea to get another bike, the last one I had when I was 19, I had quite a bad smash on it and it and I kinda thought that surviving that was a bit of a sign so it put me off for several years but the bug to get one is slowly coming back, although I`d have to fight tooth n nail with my wife to let me have one.

The bug is always at its worse when I see one of these *drools*
