Hey. Does anyone have any experience with Behringer Guitar Link UCG102? It's an USB "soundcard". I could use something to record with that's not too expensive, and that Guitar Link is only about $90-100 or so.
Though it's not worth it if it sounds like I'm playing an organ on the recording.. So I thought of asking here before buying wink.gif

I could have been screwed on the price then ohmy.gif
If you would recommend it, I think I'll buy it. Recording with a mic lying on the floor next to my amp don't sound too good...

also if your skeptical about it like i was, buy it from samedaymusic.com and you can return within 60 days which is quite generous, but it has to be unscratched

AHHHHH never mind. I've decided to send mine back! It's not working with Reaper, Reason, or Krystal, only Audacity, but not at all well. I'm going to buy a refurbished M-Audio Fast Track USB Computer Recording Interface from Guitar Center. A professional software guy at my local store said it's great and that it will definitely work, also, unlike the guitar link it gets very good sound quality. And finally it's got a XLR input for mics and stuff so that will be very useful. Sry i said that the guitar link is so good, turns out it's quite cheap and not very useful. ohmy.gif

I would stay away from that device too. Get something like Maudio or even better - The Toneport UX1
