You must be in a ballad mood ! Jonathan's lessons are a great way to get into that emotive style smile.gif

Your playing was quite significantly in front of the beat so I would hold back and concentrate on the timing of the phrases. Also, as well as working on vibrato which I mentioned in your other REC take.. try and experiment with accenting certain notes with your pick like Jonathan does. Hit some notes slightly more aggressively than others. He also has a percussive feel to some of his picking motions, so try and emulate his approach there too smile.gif

Where's to poll? mellow.gif
Anyway, try to relax yourself and not rush over the tempo. The tone is a bit fuzzy IMO but it' my personal taste.

Hi again! This time you must work the rhythm of the lesson. Sounds simple, but in this case is the most difficult. I recommend the same thing in my lesson "Melodic hard rock solo in Am". I think you should work on the sound, the time and vibrato. I have seen other works and know you can improve it. There are cases that seem simple lessons, but prove to be the most difficult to play them accurately. See you and thanks again!

no poll on this one man so the instructors could not grade it. If you want to re-submit it with a poll, do so and I will move that one over to be graded, thanks. smile.gif
