> Rules

Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Now this is much better! smile.gif You take a care about tuning so most of notes sound pretty nice and clean. I think it's pretty correct as for learning the instructional material. Now it's time to add some emotions - more dynamics tec.

See the main video lesson. Muris vibrato is wide but slower than Yours. To get the correct vibrato that is also in tune You need to move the string across the "in-tune" point. It means that You have to move Your fingers down and up so it's always around the perfect pitch. Many students do sort of bend and than vibrato. This makes the note go to a higher pitch and distract the listener. If You'll make wider vibrato with slower rate of movements it will give more flavour to the song. Also - You can hit the strings more confident / harder. Watch the vibrato lesson that Gabriel pointed in Your first take smile.gif Cheers!

Hey Sumit,

Congrats for taking things up a notch on such a short notice - as Darius said, your vibrato and interpretation of the piece are the things that you need to work on tight now, in order to have a great take. Articulation as well as learning how to interpret a piece are things that come in time, so don't rush with them, take some time to polish the vibrato, following the advice that Darius gave you and you can also take a look at the little movie I have posted in your thread wink.gif

Keep rocking,

Cosmin

Hi man! Now the video is much better! Well done! As my friends said, the next thing to improve now are dynamics and overall feeling. Pay attention to your vibrato technique, the intensity of each note and also your bending. I would like to recommend a lesson that will definitely help you to work on this.
