Just heard bout these guys today called Flametal. Yes, its like a mix of Death/Speed/Flamenco all in one style of music. Definitely a band to check out if your sick of the standard style of metal. Flametal, I think, is the first of its genre and we should all praise them because they definitely deserve it.

Those guys are awesome. Totally unique, I can see in ten years a sub genera of metal, Flametal.

The name could be better though but yes they are really great and original. I can see this sub genre would be up there with folk in the next 3 years.

Same here. I expected another one of them power metalish ninja folk bands. But this was awesome.

I'm glad you all have a liking for this band. I think we need our Flamenco instructors like Al to verify Ben Wood's skill on guitar.

I think we can all agree on the name being there worst move yet but the music never fails to deliver. Can't wait for there new release!

its possible. One of there guitarist is good friends with Jason Becker so Marty might did some work with Flametal.
