Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Man - You're vibrato is evoluating in the good direction smile.gif 0:46 - this note is long so You can focus on getting really perfect pitch. Same 1:11 (make sure the bend reaches the right pitch) 1:43 - again , similar problem.

I think Your vibrato doesn't need further comments - it looks like You know what has to be done - just still working on it smile.gif 0:16 look like a well made one smile.gif

You can help the bending by using more fingers on the bended string.

Overall effect is quite close to a good rating but still need some work.

As for the good things - nice tone and nice dynamics fit to the track - pleasant to listen smile.gif

Hi man! Nice playing! Darius already talked about the two techniques that definitely need more work: Vibrato & Bending. Besides that there are some little details in some phrases where you on't play 100% tight and some legato that could sound more defined (like at 1:17).
Keep on playing this one paying attention to these things and you will master this one. wink.gif

The guys have summed up the details and I think that all you need now is to focus on making every note clear and audible, alongside with Darius's and Gabe's advices! Playing over the original recording will help you blend your playing with it, so that you may replicate all sorts of intricacies, before recording your take - you will be far more surefooted in that way!

Keep rocking mate!
