Hey guys,

Dont know if you have heard of this one but its a comp running for a PRS SE guitar and loads of other stuff for a solo over a slow melodic Blues track, obviously the temptation was too much for me so I had to at least try! laugh.gif

Few mistakes but I really couldnt face another take (The fear of the record button had me! laugh.gif ) and I really (Really) dont expect to come anywhere but it was fun entering and seeing all the other entrants.

Enjoy! biggrin.gif

Aaahhh, good take mate! Finally a competetion that involves some kind of musicality, even that to compete in music is a strange thing by itself. Hats off for Blue Noize that outside U.S citizens can compete!!! (yeah, yeah, I might be tempted as well....)

Sted, that was very soulful! (is that a word?). I liked it a lot, and I'm hard to please smile.gif

Great tone, and you had some really good bluesy runs that fit well. I don't know if you're looking for a critique, but I'll give one as a listener (not a player).

Your vibrato could be a little more pronounced. The speed of it is great, but I think you could bend them just a little more to make them sound strong and full, IMO. They're just a tad-bit shallow for my liking.

Great job!
Christian A.
