I can think of at least one friend that could have kept from doing time in the pen if they would have had those when I was a younger. Yes, he was trouble with the police. Nothing will sober you up faster than a million volts going through your ass I've heard that while tasers have significantly less voltage, they are exceptionally more painful because they have a pulsating charge.
