One of my favorite songs to play acoustically is this old jazz/blues song called My Melancholy Blues. However, it's really hard to find anything on the net for it, most videos you'll find are of different versions of it. I'm not sure who originally wrote it, but it's a nice thing to play and not too hard. Some interesting chords, but nothing too showy. I'll see if I can find something..
