Hi Alisson!! Welcome to our thread for Gab's Army!! I hope that you enjoy your stay here and that you find inspiration here. I've already asked some questions and this is what you said:

"- How long have you been playing guitar?
- Which are your favorite bands /musicians?
- How many hours a day can you dedicate to guitar?
- What do you know about theory?
- Are you able to record yourself and post videos here?[/quote]

I have been playing for almost 1 and a half year.

My favorite bands/musicians are Angra , Kiko Loureiro , Paul Gilbert , Joe Satriani , Edu Ardanuy , Dream Theater ,Yngwie Malmsteen , Nirvana , John Petrucci , Iron Maiden, Coldplay , Foo Fighters , As I Lay Dying , Guthrie Govan ...

I can dedicate 3-6 hours , it depends on my motivation

Almost nothing , I just started to study Scales and Improvisation.

Yes , I can do that. smile.gif
"

So the next thing would be to post some videos of you playing. Is this possible?

Hi Alisson!! Thanks for your video! As I said during the Vchat, your current technique is really good so with some more hard work you will be reaching a new level. smile.gif

We could create a guitar routine based on the topics that you would like to work. My suggestion would be to work on these ones:

Alternate Picking

Legato

Sweep Picking

String Skipping

Tapping

Rhythm

Vibrato/Bending

Dynamics

Theory

Composition

It's a long list but well organized can be really productive. What do you think?

Also, I think that we should work a bit on your tone... it doesn't sound like a real amp, it sounds VERY "line" and this can be improved using amp simulators in a better way. What did you used to record?

So you connected line out from your amp to usb? I think that there is the main problem...

Ok! Could you please share here some of your favorite lessons for each topic (if you have). Then I will compare it with some of my suggestions and we can define the routine.

Hi mate. I like your tone on this one. It seems that you are using some kind of phaser or flanger... is this intentionally? I like it. Funky tones are usually close to this one so I think that it would fit really good over a funky backing track, have you tried it?
