These are some lyrics I just wrote. I just lost all my ideas lyrically. I'm in a void at the minute. I feel I have no friends. This is about losing your friends and praying to the stars for salvation and maybe you can't get what you want but when the time comes to move on then you will get the salvation you need and your friends will be waiting for you. They would wait as long as it took for you to come back as you are loved. Give things time and always get the most from life and eventually you'll get your reward. You will die a happy man and what more can you ask for. Happiness is the key to life. It may not be easy to find but there are people out there that are destined to help you in life. You just need to find them and you will find them it's just a case of time.

Your desire to feel remorse
To show Regret
You can not seek Absolution from the stars
Your sins can't be shed
But you have your friends
They passed on in your childhood

You loved your friends
But they died in your childhood
Yet You always know they are there
They love and miss you
And they are always with you
You will see them again
And they will forever remember you
As you are a part of them
They feel lost without you

The Stars Are there for you
You know they are now

This will be our salvation
We need the stars
We need forgiveness

Pretty damn good lyrics man, I particularly like the reference to stars (Maybe cause I have some sort of space fetish ) And the structure is really good, very old school death metal feel in the way the lyrics come off, or even a bit of progressive metal as well, If not just as much.

Thank you all. It means a lot to me as lyrics are so key to my songs. You need to feel the lyrics you write. I was tearful when i wrote these but they are about hope. If you have hope then you will find love and salvation. People care about you. For all those depressed, phone your friends and talk with them and they will be there for you. You may abandon your own happiness but your mates are there to make sure you have a great life. People on here deserve a great life and i wish everyone all the best.
