Is this computer program only? On youtube I see all these people playing on real electric drums and record that with BFD2. Is it possible to use this program without "real" drums?

Yeah sure, you dont need real drums, but drummers use this software as well on their electric drumsets. I'm not a very good drummer so i just use my keyboard biggrin.gif it runs just like any other vst ( virtual instrument)

I like it a lot, have heard it on profesional studio recordings, but you have to work a little on it, you wont make such fast bt, but you can customize it a lot more.

I don't like it too much because, it gives you raw recorded real drum sound, that is cool for an engineer that will work on it and make it sound like a record, with compression, eq filtering etc., but difficult to handle for a medium user, instead I prefer Addictive Drums, that unify realistic drum sounds and editing with all you need, eq filter, limiter comp. reverb etc everything already set-up and with different preset
biggrin.gif

Joe you haw a point there, but I like it that way more than just using presets,it is more interesting that way if you are working on your album or something that requires a bit of your own signature.
But it is a biti hard to get the hag of it,bleeding and making the BFD sounds ok.

@ Ivan
Yeah,you are right,every thing Siggum uploaded,sounds very good.smile.gif

p.s Hey Siggum will you produce my album.smile.gif
