Nu-metal Is Back? /metalcore/"buttcore"?

Seriously though, I liked some of the NU METAL bands in the day. It started to suffer from a staggering amount of SAMENESS. As the guy in the video calls it, "DJENTY BUTT ROCK", or "BUTTCORE". Basically, mostly MESHUGGAH clones but with melodic/singing in the chorus. This started in GEN 1 of Nu Metal and is now getting worse. DOES ANYONE LISTEN TO CORE/NU METAL HERE AT GMC? I've heard many Post-Hardcore bands that found a more "mainstream" sound by getting nu metal influences. They have some killer songs that still hold up quite a while later. That's the real test of music. Does it endure, or does it just fade. Good pull!
