I realize that a lot of people like AC/DC and the people who don't, can't stand them. So I made a poll.

You need to add in your poll "don't like them" because "hate" is a bit strong. I simply don't like AC/DC oooh and im aussie! BLASPHEMY!

I guess i just got sick of constantly hearing their songs played in the pub.

Does AcDc have more then one song ? Oh they do ? They fooled me . Acdc is one of my least favorite bands behind Lifehouse. I voted Hate them. And yeah I dont like the singers vocie, very raspy and harsh sounding. Sounds kind of like he has a cold. But thats just my view.

I like AC/DC very much. Angus Young has written some of the best riffs ever(f.e. Back in Black)
But I don´t like the vocals.

and Otto thanks for the video. "It's a long way to the top if ya wanna rock and roll" is my fave ACDC song. I'm definatley a bigger fan of the Bon Scott era ACDC but it's all good. Angus is an icon whether you love him or hate him.

I answered with Sorta Like because I really don't care for anything they've done since "Flick of the Switch". I like some of the stuff on "Fly on the Wall", too. "Let There Be Rock" is my favorite AC/DC album.

I would have to say I love AC/DC. Back in Black was the first song I learned. It's ok that most of you don't like them because their album Back in Black went 22 TIMES PLATINUM. That a huge success.

Love Em. A pure Rock and Roll Band! Back in Black was my first harder rock album way back in the early 80's. Alot of Nostalgia for me.

Not a technical band, but they make songs that are good for rocking out to! Just proves that you can base an entire song around about 3 chords!

I'm with you here. AC/DC used to be one of my fav's back in the day. I guess as rock/metal has evolved, I kinda did to so they don't apeal to me as much anymore.

Which is about 2 more than Nirvana ever used. AC/DC is cool. I'm curious on the age group of those who don't care for them. They are definitely all about rocking. Good solid real rock n roll band.
