GMC Forum _ CHILL OUT _ Looks Like Guitarists Have Competition

Posted by: Chief Brody Oct 1 2008, 06:01 AM

Just read this and thought it was quite funny.

Seems like some Australian boffins have created a t-shirt that will allow air guitar movements to be converted into actual sounds by using motion sensor technology embedded in the shirt.

Maybe the next generation of guitarists will be playing on THIN AIR, our days are numbered boys and girls blink.gif *puts on tin foil hat* wacko.gif

The tinfoil hat has been the first line of defense for generations of paranoid people, Signs was not an accurate representation of their usefulness.

*spoiler for Signs below*

In real life tinfoil hats are far more useful at killing aliens than baseball bats and water, as Signs would have you believe.

Seriously though, i would like to see one of these shirts in action, though i suspect they might be a bit rubbish.
