This site, 000audio.com is amazing. Found it in a counter strike server, they had genres, and sub genres. Blues has Bar Rockin blues:D There's Albert King, Srv, the Allman Brothers, all the great blues players:D This is the only radiostation I'd ever listen too.

I listen to AOL radio in my Winamp, it's free and also has Blues genre, very cool for day-to-day listening!
