I found these mentioned at another forum They are all real studio recordings and are are available for Free use and distribution.

They are all 12 bar blues progressions, in AIFF format(so they are big files) - I am having fun imrovising over them .

I actually found these because another forum I am involved in once in a while posts a contest where guitarists submit their best solo over a song. I just found on GMC that we have cempetitions as well - learn something new every day.
