If you are like me and dont have a decent gear store near you, you probably get your gear online. I usually buy off thomann.de due to good prices and a great selectin, but while shopping around online I found this site

Playback Europe

As far as I have seen they either match or beat Thomanns gear prices, and seem to be a pretty good site. I just thought this might be useful information if you are a penny pincher like me!!! laugh.gif

Some examples:

...........................................................Thomann......Playback

-pod xt live............................................. €389......................€331
-pod x3 live.............................................. €499......................€474
-MESA BOOGIE ROADKING II HEAD..............€3599......................€3150
-IBANEZ JEM7V-WH.....................................€2399......................€1979
-GIBSON ZAKK WYLDE BULLSEYE LES PAUL..€4799......................€4109

and shipping is free on all orders over €250

[These vary depending on tax in your country, these are the prices for me. So if your coutry has less tax than Ireland, which it probably does, stuff will be cheaper!! laugh.gif (but that could work the other way round)]

One downside is a smaller selection. For example they do not stock dean guitars or Krank amps.
So check it out!

P.S. Im not getting paid for this, but I should!!!! tongue.gif laugh.gif
