It is called a wahwah
 + Jimi's fuzzy distortion coming from his marshallmaybe it's a rotovibe, too. My guess it is a Uni-Vibe too. Anyway a combination of Strat Singlecoil-Marshall Plexi-UniVibe-Fuzz-Wah will get you close, but try to catch that Hendrix feel too
