hey i have heard amazing things about an ibanez prestige neck called a wizard III is it real? i have wizard II (i am still in my second year of highschool so i cant get the best guitars yet biggrin.gif) but i have googled it and it is nowhere to be found help! biggrin.gif

The Wizard II neck is a 3 piece neck.

Maybe its the 3-piece that you heard.... I havent heard of a wizard 3 neck.

ya i know about the three piece neck. but i was wondering if maybe the wizard III is actually another name for a prestige neck. pS what u all think about prestige guitars anyways?

I couldnt see anything?

I have an RG prestige, I really like the neck on it, its ultra thin, wasnt sure at first but its the most comfortable guitar to play, I`ll definatly be on the hunt for another one smile.gif

yea i get where he`s coming from, its definatly the thinnest neck I`ve ever played, so comfortable though, my Jackson neck seems huge in comparison and thats a pretty thin neck

It could be a misnomer for the current prestige wizard neck, which is slightly thicker and wider than the org. wizard.

ibanez prestige guitars come with super wizards necks, which are basically the same as the old wizard necks ibanez fixed on the old rg570/550s.

The answer is a yes and a no laugh.gif
Mirza is currently making me a new "thinner" neck for my custom, I love the feel of the custom over the RG but the neck doesnt suit me at the moment, I prefer a thinner neck smile.gif so once that is sorted out I`m pretty sure it`ll only be my custom that I use (at home anyways, I couldnt risk damaging it at band practice laugh.gif)

I bought the RG to use and abuse and I`m really impressed with it
