This is the coolest thing I've seen or heard in a long time. super congrats on putting this together. I didn't realize you were such an adept code wizard!! Not to mention that your growls are sheer BRUTZ and very bone crushing indeed. It's a very creative use of AI imho. just to share the project, here is the link!! *HAVE AN AI MAKE SONG LYRICS FOR YOU TOO!!! https://vikinglyrics.metalcoder.dev/ Here are the full lyrics to the song. Pretty convincing ! Also, I really dig the music. Sounds like Amon Amarth among others. Great work! I made an AI listen to 5000 hours of viking metal to see what lyrics it would come up with. Then I learned how to growl. Finally I made a song, and a video. Here you go, the world's first ever viking metal song with AI-lyrics: |

Thanks, I really appreciate it!
Coding is my job, so it was a lot harder to learn how to growl than to train a machine learning model :-D |

Nice!
Working on aggressive vocals is one of my 2022 goals Funnily enough I've just started playing with AI to see if it will help with lyrics, I have lines and choruses that need tweaking or the rest of the lyrics finishing, and I keep coming up blank. -------------------- My SoundCloud

Nice! Working on aggressive vocals is one of my 2022 goals Cool, these video listed in this post helped me a lot: https://www.osirisguitar.com/learn-how-to-growl/ Funnily enough I've just started playing with AI to see if it will help with lyrics, I have lines and choruses that need tweaking or the rest of the lyrics finishing, and I keep coming up blank. Yeah, lyrics are SO hard. I've never been able to finish any serious lyrics. So this project helped me a lot, doing a kind of novelty project let me get past a lot of stage fright issues with growling. With the new version of my lyrics AI I actually think some of the stuff it generates are pretty poetic and might help me with inspiration. |

Very cool idea, and cool track!
I am also very interested in seeing how AI can help with music and web development (and perhaps destroy the world 🥶) |

Yeah that one is very cool indeed! Do you have any examples of other genres where computers have done some musical stuff?

Not sure if this is real or not, Kris, but you can have a look at least:

Sounds beautiful to me!
Symphonic music being a bit more strict/predictable than say pop music with vocals - it makes sense AI would conquer this first. |

Apparently it has also done some jazz Maybe just me, but it seems the machine might have misunderstood how jazzy tension should be used to make it sound musical 😅 |
