Hey guys, thought I'd update you guys, some of you know it already, but, I am in Tver biggrin.gif Near Moscow, Russia. The place is awesome. The univ is nice, Russians all around, many Indians in here, so, not facing any REALLY bad communication problems.

My hostel is filled with Indians laugh.gif I don't really feel I am in Russia until I leave the hostel laugh.gif I hope to get a stable internet connection today, so, Yash, is gonna be back soon wink.gif

Oh, and, right now, a lot, a lot, I do mean, more like, UNLIMITED FREE time. cool.gif Cool, right ? wink.gif See you all around biggrin.gif

And, I really missed you guys. Great to be back home biggrin.gif

You mentioned a "Hostel", not a Hotel? My european friends told me about "Youth Hostels" that people use to travel and such. Is your whole family moving to Russia for good? Are you in school? Either way enjoy Russia!

Out of what I found out: In India, hostel usually refers to boarding schools or student dormitories in resident colleges and universities. BUT In Romania, it's just the same thing biggrin.gif The coincidence about India was fun though, now that we involve Yash in the whole story smile.gif

Make some Russian friends and you will pick up the language much quicker. The absolute best way to learn a language is by immersion.. being surrounded by it constantly smile.gif

Exactly Yash! But take care mate - never let your guard down wink.gif I have this thing in the back of my mind, always telling me to be aware of what's going on around me. It's very easy to get lost when you are new to an environment - and I don't mean like lost on the streets, but lost as in what regards your path in life smile.gif

Balance in everything and having an open mind will always help you judge things clearly wink.gif

The course is in English for the first 3 years, and then, when we start interacting with the patients, its in Russian smile.gif
