Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi there! Very nice to see a take over my lesson smile.gif You got the basics now let's focus on some details.

Most of bends need tweaking - the are to high or to low with their pitch. Sometimes the pitch is not consistent - it's ok at the beginning but goes down while the note sustain.

From that take I can hear that You got good sense of timming BUT...at some points You loose control over it...like 0:30-03:31 - this note should be exactly on the snare beat

Take a look at some details from the ending part - it's not played like it's in the lesson - not the same articulation.

There are some more details but it's pointless to write to many at one time

From the good things:
1. I like Your consistent picking
2. Quite good control over unwanted noises
3. Good care of guitar tuning

You did pretty well with this one but let me be more demanding so You could get better and better wink.gif

Hi pavel! The overall is sounding good so now it's time to work on details. As Darius said, the most important thing to focus is your bending technique. You are not reaching the correct pitches most of the times so I think that improving this technique could make a big improvement on this take.

This is a good lesson to work on it:

and also check the first exercise from this video, it's great for a diary practice.

Hey mate!

So glad you decided to post this here smile.gif You are a hardworker and your progress has been enormous in the last months. As we have discussed, bending and reaching the correct pitches is something that still needs focusing on, in general when we discuss about your playing, so take the advices coming from Darius and Gabi as well, in order to improve your take and your playing in general!

Keep rocking!

Cosmin
