Hi there! As I said in another post I just came from seeing Snow Patrol. One curious thing is that this is the second time that I note that an international band uses Diamond Amps... the first one was Avril Lavigne... I've never seen them before..

Never heard about them, they look flashy and sound good. Looks like some of the big names are using them, who knows.. could be good.

Never seen them before. Resembles my Hughes & Kettner Switchblade to the looks. Pilot light, switches, faint black, knobs and more.

Yeah it does resembles to H&K a bit. Not sure about the quality, it says they use best quality parts available, but I would like to see the insides of one of those amps, that will show me how quality they are. But there aren't any pictures on the web.

I watched the video on their site and I like the tone. But he keeps on saying, "just like the boutique higher end amps" so I guess they don't cost as much?

They are expensive as some lower priced boutique amps. I guess they are good, but who knows.. for constant abuse and touring, how they behave, or sound..

The first time I heard about them was about a year or two ago, when Five Finger Death Punch really came on the scene. Zoltan Bathory uses them live and in the studio. From what I know they are affiliated with Dean Zalinsky, the original creator of Dean guitars. He sold Dean Guitars a while ago and is no longer associated with that company. He now owns DBZ Guitars. I've seen a few demos of their amps and they seem like high quality equipment. These amps are made in the US, so that should guarantee some quality Cool information! yeah, US equipment is always top level! -------------------- My lessons

I've seen a couple in the stores and they look nice and sound good. I actually thought it was vintage gear as I've seen some beat up/road rash looking models and the design is semi retro. But evidently they are pretty recent. But hey if it sounds good, and looks good, that's most of it right there

I think that they made the decision of getting a new amp more difficult! there are more cool amps to choose... -------------------- My lessons
