The UPS man was kind enough to leave this leaning up against my back door in 10 degree weather with snow.....

Nevertheless I'm not complaining. I took it inside, opened it up and let it sit for a day to equalize the temperature.

1 word.

AWESOME.

Its gorgeous. A truly classy looking guitar. And it plays amazingly. FAR MORE comfortable to me than the Epiphone Les Paul Standard I sold to help fund it. I like the neck a lot more as well. The bridge is more comfortable and my hand sits on it to mute more naturally.

I'm very happy.

It is a lot like that black cherry schecter finish. Thats a pretty guitar too. I came THIS close to getting one of the C-1 Hellraisers when I got my MH400. The floyd model hellraiser wasnt out yet.....

Samples: Yeah, I'll get some stuff up here. For now I have my recent MTP videos. They dont do the guitar much justice..... Webcam mic and all.

I'll get something up sooner or later.

Awesome guitar dude!
I was thinking about getting one of these too (I want to have a Guitar with active pickups), but I don't like the binding mad.gif Or maybe I'll get an eclipse... have you investigated the differences between the ltd and the eclipse?

Cheers,
Jonas

Hmm, I'm not sure what model stand that is.... I'll have to check at home. Here is another pic of the stand, with 4 guitars on it. it holds 7. I got it at guitar center. $70 I think....

There is a vintage black version of the EC-1000 that lacks the abalone binding. I almost got that one..

Really? I felt the same way with my Eclipse! I thougt it was just me beeing happy with the guitar but it really felt that muting was more natural on this guitar.. Weird!
