I'm not sure how I came across this video, but if you can actually listen through the whole video, from 1:00 to the end it blew my musical mind out. Even if you don't like this type of stuff, just listen to the chords they sing and the arrangement. Those notes they hit are amazing! Crazy tension and resolution. Some of those harmonies are very jazzy. Sorry, not really guitar related but it is musically awesome nonetheless.
Enjoy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qZe8aB7plU p.s. nothing against cannibal corpse |

That's really nice, thanks for sharing I love these guys - and yes they are definitely extremely jazzy with their voicings and progressions. I absolutely love this kind of music, other groups to check out would be The Manhattan Transfer, The New York Voices and The Swingle Singers - although they are a little more swing based and not accapello like Take 6. I setup a Pandora station if anyone is interested: http://www.pandora.com/?sc=sh33846691712069890 -------------------- Check out my Instructor profile

Allow me to present to you Vocaloca - from X Factor Denmark - they're great:
Vocaloca -------------------- QUOTE ("Steve Vai") Start by playing something - a bend, a riff, a scale, a song - very slowly; if you make a mistake, start over; do this over and over, until you can play it flawlessly - and I do mean flawlessly - many times in a row. Next, gradually increase the tempo. Eventually you'll be flailing like a madman. |
