It's from your new mixolydian based ballad lesson, but I can't seem to get the hang of it. I went from 40% speed, up to 60%, and when I'm lucky I can play it up to 75%, but then again, it's not quite clean. Most of the time I practice with metronome or guitar pro and just play it over and over on one speed, then when it's clean and in correct timing, I turn it up by 2 to 4 bpm at a time. Something else: Gain level ! Whether it may increased so you can't control it ( unwanted sounds)? This also may be the cause. Try playing with the minimal gain.
