I've always used WM Converter. It does an okay job, but puts random green flashes in it.

If you have the chance, try the one I recommended, it's very very handy, and works fast. Saved me couple of times from major headaches! smile.gif

You think so Todd? smile.gif You know usually there are situations you need to convert some video files, and it's usually not comfortable process, and this one makes it very easy + it has a DVD burning option too. A bit outdated, but still very handy for distributing some material for DVD players.
